The Lookout at Hobson is a fully upgraded, gorgeous beachfront home. This two story, 4 bedroom 3 bath home is spacious and comfortable right on the ocean in the Seacliff Beach Community.
The Space
This home is spacious and crisp with all the amenities! Downstairs is the living space, with an open-concept living and kitchen that both look out to the ocean and a large deck.
There is 1 bedroom and bath on the main level. Upstairs you will find a large multipurpose space with theater chairs for movie viewing, workout equipment, an office area, and plenty of fun space. There are 2 other oceanfront rooms, one is a master with a king bed, office space, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. Off both upstairs bedrooms is an adjoined deck with ocean views for days!
The 50-foot deck is one of the largest and most private in the area. Enjoy the island view and the surf right out front at Hobsons surf break.

"This is a slice of paradise," said Doris Haisler, a resident of the tiny community since 1952. Hidden in a lonely corner of northern Ventura County, Seacliff is a private strip of 49 homes, located off Pacific Coast Highway just north of Ventura's Faria Beach and just south of Carpinteria's Mussel Shoals Beach. It is a private gated community nestled in between the mountains and the sea. The road is private and great for kids to ride bikes. Seacliff is a marine sanctuary with exposed tide pools, constant sand flows, and some of the most dynamic marine environments along the California coast. Here, the ocean is your playground and your backyard! The area is perfect for surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, boogie boarding or just to enjoy long walks on the beach, hunting for shells, rocks and sea glass. Whales can even be spotted during their migration. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. With just steps to the beach, you will be able to explore one of California's most unique and beautiful beaches. The beach is accessed from shared community stairs. The beach is a "wetbeach", which is only accessible on a mid to low tide where you can walk for miles to the south.
