As a Santa Barbara native and longtime Ventura County resident, Chuck grew up blocks from the beach and is a lifelong kayaker, surfer, and diver, with a love for the ocean that runs deep. His passion for the coastline, the beach community and buying and selling homes been a foundation of the Menzel group.
